HUE JEEP TOUR TO DMZ, KHE SANH, VINH MOC TUNNEL
From Hue city, our Jeep will take you to the historic DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) in Quang Tri Province such as Hien Luong River, Vinh Moc Tunnel or Khe Sanh battlefields. The DMZ became important as the battleground demarcation separating North Vietnamese territory from South Vietnamese territory during the Vietnam War.
This DMZ jeep trip from Hue may bring you 2 types of emotion: excited moments with Jeep drive and some silent, thoughtful time at war memorial sites.

Here you see the famous Hien Luong Bridge, served as border gates to the both sides. From 1954 to 1972, when the North Vietnamese Army pushed the border further south, the bridge was painted with the two different colors. A monument stands on the north side of the bridge.
You then drive to Vinh Moc Tunnels, which was constructed by the Vinh Moc Villagers as an underground village to shelter from the American bombardments. The underground network consists of three layers starting at a depth of 33ft (10m).
Or
You then move to Khe Sanh Marine Base to visit the museum at Ta Con former US airbase where features a small, but surprisingly effective displays of photos, dioramas, and artifacts from combatants on both sides of the war.
